How to find your perfect size:

Wrap a soft measuring tape around the smallest part of your wrist. Using that measurement, add ½ inch for a comfortable fit or 1 inch for a loose fit.

Always roll the bracelet on and off.

Do not get your bracelet wet.

Re-energize your bracelet by placing it on a window ledge when a full moon is present, even if it is hidden behind clouds.
